Letting The Imagination Float Is A Gratification That Gets Rarer With The Passing Of Years

April 8, 2011 | Posted in Fishing

I read a Twitter conversation the other day between a pair of chaps talking about dreaming and one of them highlighted the strangeness of having the radio on after the alarm went off but you’re not actually awake. That really hit a spark with me, as I recall some belters I had when I used to have my clock radio and the Today programme was on and I was in that 2nd part of sleep, where you are not properly asleep but below that point where you’re just rising to wakefulness. The radio gets into the ears and what they are hearing gets mixed into the dreams and it’s fabulous.

Some Items Stick With Us Down The Years Even When They Are Not In Use

April 7, 2011 | Posted in Travel & Leisure

When you consider how many things come and go in your life in terms of things acquired, collected and later given away, it’s astonishing that I’ve still held onto my fishing tackle more or less intact. I haven’t not wanted it in very many years and loads of house moves, but it’s still with me. Thank goodness! What’s even more unlikely is that one of my fishing rods is the original one that I was given when I was a small chap of about 8.

When The Time And Situation Is Correct, You Will Catch Me Hanging Out The ‘Gone Fishing’ Sign

April 7, 2011 | Posted in Fishing

The top news today is that my bed doesn’t dislike me. I’m not positive about the source of the shoulder stiffness still, but the problem with my neck is Cricket Ache caused by falling asleep in front of the TV whilst watching the cricket and being incapable to retain consciousness. At least I managed to see the end of the match. It won’t be happening again, I am very much a Test match fan and won’t be bothering to sit up for the limited over cricket. Besides, this being a Friday, in future weeks I’ll be aiming to get an early start at work so that I can nick off in after lunch to go angling.

I’ve Had Loads Of Chances To Go One With The Tackle Dangling I Loved In My Youth

February 15, 2011 | Posted in Fishing

My disappearance from the lakeside in the years since I gave up angling appears so weird to me now. I used to love it so much, especially since my other endevours tended to be at the highly strenuous end of the spectrum, playing as I did rugby, football and cricket for different school and village teams. Having the opportunity to grab my fishing tackle, jump on a bike and pedal for the ten minutes to travel to the local fishery and spend a few hours silently sat with a rod in my hand and watching a float on the water was a joy.

As A Consequence Of Gardening, I’ll Go Short Of Live Bait To Go Tackle dangling

February 15, 2011 | Posted in Travel & Leisure

1 of the things about looking forward to returning to tackle dangling community (which will probably be the beginning of the 2011/12 season in June, though if the situation are right I could have a little go at some point in late February or March) is that I am not going to be stuck for bait. This is because I have 3 big ‘dalek’ type compost bins, all of which are presently stuffed and they are forever crawling with worms so if I can’t be bothered, I need not go to a fishing tackle shop to stock up before I go out to the waterside.

My 1st Expansion Into A Fresh Enterprise Was Encouraged A Few Time Ago

February 15, 2011 | Posted in Recreation & Sports

I’ve created my own fishing tackle shop on the internet which is really exciting. It should allow me to broaden my activities in going on with my search engine optimisation work as well as making money by signing up to affiliate marketing plans and carrying links to sellers of bait and tackle, fishing books and DVDs as well as travel companies offering products aimed at the maggot drowning devotee.

The Weather Is Giving Maggot Drowners The Opportunity To Venture Out And Uncover Fresh Destinations

February 15, 2011 | Posted in SEO

Here we go again with another reprieve for the United Kingdom’s maggots which are currently being spared a chilly drowning as tackle danglers stay away from the water, even in place it isn’t frozen over. I’ve often wondered what happens at the fishing tackle shop on occasions like these when the build up of bait must eventually get critical, as must the pong. Obviously no one is going to get their bait and tackle out unless they are a) bananas b) very dedicated or c) copping immense amounts of money to do so. And anyway, even if any of those scenarios were applicable, the chance of any fish feeding in these conditions is pretty slim.

Working From A Home Office Means That I Have A Greater Chance Of Maintaining My Clients

February 15, 2011 | Posted in SEO

I was feeling a bit off colour yesterday. Not quite the return ticket, a little unbalanced in the noggin as it were. So after lunch I repaired to my bed and grabbed some sleep for a couple of hours. Once I woke up I was lots better, fresh and revived and got back to work. Which was all easy to do as I work at home and for myself so I gave myself permission, resumed operations performing superior SEO and IT support services to businesses in and around the Black Country.

It Is A Recipe For Disaster To Allow A Business’s Technology Systems To Become Out Of Date

February 15, 2011 | Posted in SEO

Doing some IT support for a company earlier this year, I was struck by how old a few of their systems were. I originally went in to fix up a printer that wouldn’t play ball with the pc that it was intended to be attached to. I managed to get it working via a back door process, but the essential issue was that the software they were operating was really ancient and was having trouble trying cope with something that was much more up to date.
